Hand operated hydraulic tool specifically designed to cut ACSR, copper conductors/cables, and steel ropes; copper, aluminium, and steel rods. The pump is dual speed, so the blade advances quickly initially, and "changes gear" once cutting. The head can rotate by 90?. Supplied with canvas bag.
