Hydraulic Cutting Head
TC055 is the cutting head for BTC055 & HT-TC055
- This new cutting head retains the B-TC055 and HT-TC055 features, being specifically designed to cut cables, conductors, ropes, and rods and having an overall maximum cutting diameter of 55mm. It is equipped with a quick automatic coupling for connection to Cembre hydraulic pumps with a working pressure of 700 bar max
- The TC055 features a 2-stage hydraulic system, which advances the blades quickly to the cable.
- The TC055 also features an automatic safety valve to bypass oil when reaching maximum pressure.
- The blades are made from high-strength special steel and heat-treated to ensure long lifetime on the product.
- The head can be opened to allow cutting of running cables and ropes. The head rotates 330? allowing the operator to perform the cut in the most comfortable position.
- The TC055 head is supplied in a metallic case - size 384 x 231 x 115mm (15.1 x 9.1 x 5.7 in), weight 3.7kg (8.1lbs).
