Our Arc flash HRC4 kit is manufactured by Sherwood and contains quality materials from DuPont Nomex and Paulson USA. It comes standard with a Hood, Jacket, Bib-Trouser, Gloves, and a PPE bag.
The kit allows operators to be efficient and safe around Arc flash environments. Suitable for working in HRC4 environments up to 69cal/cm2.
To achieve a higher cal/cm2 rating, such as 75cal/cm2, additional garments can be layered and worn per NFPA 70E to reach the desired cal/cm2.
E.g Layer up with a 34cal/cm2 Balaclava, 8.6cal/cm2 Coverall and 9.6cal/cm2 Arc flash inner glove to achieve above a 75cal/cm2 rating.

Vented Hood - Cooling and anti-fogging effect
Lift Up Hood - Anti-claustrophobic and easily communicate with colleagues while maintaining safety on the job site
